1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DrySpace Waterproofing website (dryspacewaterproofing.ca) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

DrySpace Waterproofing provides basement waterproofing, foundation repair, sump pump installation, underpinning, and related construction services in the Toronto and Greater Toronto Area. Our services include:

• Free inspections and assessments
• Written quotes and service proposals
• Waterproofing and foundation repair work
• Post-service warranty coverage

All work is performed in accordance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and applicable municipal regulations.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website tools (cost calculators, estimators) are approximate and for informational purposes only. Actual pricing is determined after an on-site inspection. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Warranty Terms

DrySpace Waterproofing provides a 25-year transferable warranty on qualifying waterproofing work. Warranty coverage is subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty covers materials and workmanship for the specific services performed
• The warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners
• Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party modifications, natural disasters, or failure to maintain recommended drainage and grading

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, credit card, debit, and bank transfer. A deposit may be required before work commences. Final payment is due upon completion of work unless a payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes (HST).

6. Permits and Compliance

DrySpace Waterproofing obtains all necessary building permits and arranges required inspections as part of our service. We comply with the Ontario Building Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), and applicable municipal bylaws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, DrySpace Waterproofing's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

• Cost estimates from online tools are approximate and not binding
• Blog articles and guides are educational and do not constitute professional advice
